We are constantly producing plans for the townhouse market, with a range serving all demographics. Traditional Neighborhood Developments (TND)
We are proud to be a part of the making of Regent Homes' Lenox Village, the TND phenomenon of Nashville, TN. Lenox Village has successfully accommodated the needs of a wide variety of demographics via single family houses and townhouses, condo buildings and small business locations. These include traditional shops and offices spaces, as well as resurrecting the "live-work" home, a single family dwelling with room downstairs for the family business.
